The art of hospitality in the Pays de Cocagne
A beautiful complex comprised of four buildings arranged around an 18th-century manor house. At its heart lies a large garden shaded by magnificent plane trees. Designed to bring together families, friends, and colleagues, the Arcades building is a particularly welcoming space, with its bar, spacious lounge, large tables, and professional kitchen. You can host conferences, seminars, or festive receptions for up to 100 people in the unique Montfaucon room and the André amphitheater, which can be rented separately. The large and small Bélonie rooms can accommodate 26 guests in a refined setting. Sports enthusiasts can try their hand at padel tennis and enjoy the immense indoor swimming pool and spa.
History of the house
The historic building, dating from the 18th century with its proportions atypical for the region, comprised a main house attached to the farm buildings, undoubtedly enlarged over the centuries, as evidenced by the different stonework. Architectural unity is preserved by the harmonious rhythm of the windows and oculus openings that run beneath the Genoese-style roof.
In 2024, we completed the renovation of this fifth house, La Bélonie, which complements and enhances our rural tourism offerings in the Pays de Cocagne. This house, formerly part of the Bastide des Tourelles estate, required ten years of planning before embarking on three years of monumental construction. Adopting an eco-responsible approach, we opted for geothermal energy to heat and cool the 1,000 square meters of buildings and used primarily bio-based products for insulation and restoration.
